                  Training Development

BBS has proven capability to produce highly intuitive and interactive training using the latest Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) training authoring tools to meet the learning requirements and objectives of the Department of Defense (DoD).  Our approach to training develop is to ensure the objectives and requirements provide the trainee the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties accurately and efficiently.  All training is developed to meet Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliancy.  Training can range from simple process driven instruction to Navy Enlisted Classification producing formal school-house curriculum.  BBS has vast experience developing training and working with Program Managers, Functional Managers, Training Centers and Learning Sites.

BBS Training Delivery Methods

BBS can offer a multitude of training delivery options to meet every training requirement.  Some training delivery methods include:

• Computers based delivery via a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) to provide the ability to record training progress, completed training and maintain an on-line training record for each individual

• Web-based (non-LMS) training

• Embedded Application Training and Help File

• Computer Based Training (CBT) or CD ROM

• Printed Training and Instructional Material

• Blended Solutions

BBS Key Training Features

The following training samples are intended for demonstration purposes only and are not intended to be used as real training.  These demos are solely to demonstrate training development capabilities and functionality.  Many of the training development methods can be combined to create very intuitive and dynamic training.  (All BBS training is designed to be able to be stopped in anywhere in the training and resumed by the user at the place they left off.  If you are prompted to "Resume From Where You Left Off" select No to start the training demonstration from the beginning).
